SETUP: four players have the ball. They form a square on the court (put cones to mark the spots). One player with the ball is situated in the center and we will call him the "defender".
DESCRIPTION: 1, 2, 3, 4 have to switch their positions moving on the part of the court limited by the cones. They have to dribble while moving. The player on defense tries to take one of the four spots while it’s vacant. Every 3-4 seconds two players at least must switch. When the defender takes a spots, he turns on offense. The player who lost his spot is on defense.
VARIATION N° 1: dribble only with the 45 weak hand. VARIATION N° 2: play with 5 players on offense and 2 players on defense.
